Wishes to drive a bright orange lamborghini.
Dreams of going to the moon.
Wants to be a policeman.
Wonders about big black bats
Fears dieing a slow grossing death
Is afraid of heights.

Who was Simon of Cyrene

Simon of Cyrene helped Jesus  carry the cross,  he was a trader that traveled a lot and sold things to get money. Simon is carried the cross because Jesus would have died on the way there if he had not helped Jesus carry the cross.

Something learned from that is to help others as well as caring for others as well as yourself.

Jeremy the Vole

The tale of Jeremy the vole

I read the tale of Jeremy the vole, written by Stephen lawhead this is a fiction book.

This is a story about a vole named Jeremy. (“A vole is a rodent resembling a mouse but with a stouter body, a shorter, hairy tail, a slightly rounder head, smaller ears and eyes, and differently formed molars “Wikipedia)   He lives in a hole in a river bank by himself.  On his way for a swim a great blue heron stops him and gives him a task to warn everyone the worst flood in 100 years is coming and to get to high ground. But after the flood everyone blamed it on Jeremy the vole, when Jeremy the vole was making his home again   a friend a duck come and says sorry about calling him names a yelling at him so his friend gives him a feather from his chest.

I like this story because Jeremy the vole was a good character and a role model. The writer described him well and the other animals suited their roles in the book. The flood was a big bit in the story and makes it adventurous.

I think the message of this book is to stay on task when you are doing something that needs to be done. I felt annoyed with the animals that were calling Jeremy the vole names and would not listen to him during the story  and maybe the message is listen to other people even when what they are saying probably not likely listen to them anyway. I think another message is to realise when you making a mistake and a apologise.

I would tell a friend that I had read that book and I enjoyed it a lot because the writer has a whole series of books and it makes me want to read another book as well.
